We believe in a high level of customer focus. The fact that all the customers in the portfolio page have been active for more than 5 years and two for more than 10 years is a good indication that we practice what we preach
In conjunction with Travel Incentive Agency, 318 Event Management, 318 Online created and managed the event website for Industree Group, Cairns Travel Incentive program.
The website included standard travel incentive content like Itinerary and T&C but it also featured a login section where monthly targeted sales promotions were run.
Using the Event Management system developed by sister company Piapplications Industry Group were able to offer unique promotion offers to individual market channels and extended to unique offers per customer. The link codes were sent to customers as part of a monthly incentive EDM program.
At the completion of the promotion period sucessful customers used a custom registration system (also developed by Piapplications) to book the travel and accommodation elements of the package
Temperzone require architectural photography of their Sydney premises for a corporat profile brochure. Because of the orientation of the buildin we photographed in both the morning and evening golden hours to show of the features of the building.
Consolidated Panels and Veneers have been a 318 Online customer for more than 10 years. Production of the site included design development, photography, copy writing and content build.

318 Online produced an application video for Hitachi Air Conditioning. Video has been used on the Australian Hitachi Air Conditioning distributor's website.
11 years ago, 318 Online and 318 Event Management were both part of 318 Advertising. A lot of water has flown under the bridge since, but we are still managing 318 EM's website and EDM strategy.
318 Online developed a brand new website for architectural finishes brand Bella Decor. Aimed at the Architectural Finishes market the site has bold visuals as well as custom funcionality that allows users to create a sample portfolio of finishes and output the final document as a PDF report.

As part of the development of an application video for Hitachi VRF air conditioning equipment at Kellyville North Public schhool, 318 Online produced a wiude range of still photography along with conventional videography and drone footage.
This mono photography was used on Piapplications.com website.
318 Online designed and built a new responsive website for super6soccer.com.au in 2023. This was the second complete rebuild of the site and marked a departure away from Kentico CMS after 16 years.

318 Online designed and implemented an EDM campaign for 318 Event Management to relaunch their Travel Incentive Programs as COVID restrictions were lifted. The results were very good with significant interest from two major international Brands.

318 Online built a new website for the oldest Bently Drivers Club in Australia. The club caters for enthusiastic drivers of Bently Cars from the classics of the 1920s to the current range of supercars.
